Terms of use

1. Who you are contracting with

1.1. This platform is operated by BallisticPress Pvt Ltd , a private limited company having its registered office at to be completed: registered address . Its GST identification number is to be completed: GSTIN .

1.2. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the platform. "Institute" means a school, academy or coaching centre with its own address on the platform.

1.3. By creating an account, sitting a paper or paying for access, you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

2.1. One email address is one account across the whole platform. You may not share an account, and you are answerable for what is done through yours.

2.2. An institute may create an account for you and set its first password. You are required to replace that password when you first sign in.

2.3. If you are under 18, an account may be created and used only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Where an institute enrols you, we treat the institute as having obtained that consent.

2.4. We may suspend an account that is shared, used to copy examination content, or used to attempt access to another institute.

3. Fees, taxes and refunds

3.1. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the plans page. Payment is collected by our payment gateway; your card details never reach us.

3.2. Prices shown include GST.

3.3. A refund may be requested within 14 days of payment, by writing to info@ultimateexamprep.com . Refunds are made by hand to the original payment method. We start the refund within 14 days of approving it, and your bank then takes its own time to credit you. There is no self-service refund button.

3.4. A purchase is refundable in full while no paper covered by it has been started. Once you have started such a paper the questions have been seen, and that purchase is no longer refundable. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.

3.5. Access bought by a purchase continues while a refund is being considered, and ends when the refund is made.

4. Sitting a paper

4.1. A paper runs on a clock held by the server. Closing the window does not stop it, and an expired attempt is finalised with the answers saved up to that point.

4.2. One attempt holds one live seat. Opening the same attempt in a second browser ends the first.

4.3. Every question you see, and every report you download, carries an identifier unique to you. Copying, photographing, republishing or sharing examination content breaches these terms and our copyright, and a leaked copy can be traced to the account it came from.

4.4. Marks are computed from the answer key fixed when the paper was published. If you believe a question or its key is wrong, write to us; where a question is found to be defective we rescore every attempt it affected.

5. Content and ownership

5.1. Questions supplied by the platform remain ours. Questions an institute uploads remain that institute's, and are visible only inside it.

5.2. You may use the material for your own preparation. You may not resell it, publish it, or use it to train a model.

6. Availability

6.1. We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is scheduled outside common examination hours wherever possible.

6.2. If a paper is interrupted by a fault on our side, tell us within seven days and we will reopen the attempt or set it aside.

7. Liability

7.1. This platform is preparation material. We do not promise any examination result, rank or selection.

7.2. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited in law.

8. Ending your use

8.1. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account.

8.2. We may suspend or close an account that breaches clause 2 or clause 4. Where we do, we say why.

9. Grievances

9.1. Complaints are received by to be completed: grievance officer name , to be completed: designation , at to be completed: grievance email . We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

10. Law and jurisdiction

10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at to be completed: jurisdiction city have exclusive jurisdiction.

10.2. We may change these terms. The date at the head of this page is the version you are reading, and a material change is notified by email to account holders.
