Refund and cancellation policy

1. What this policy covers

1.1. This platform is operated by BallisticPress Pvt Ltd , a private limited company having its registered office at to be completed: registered address .

1.2. This policy governs money paid for access to papers and test series bought on this platform. It sits alongside our terms of use and does not replace them.

1.3. Where an institute bought access on your behalf, the institute is our customer for that purchase and any refund is settled with them.

2. What you are buying, and when you get it

2.1. Everything sold here is digital. Access is granted the moment payment succeeds, in the same step that records the payment, and appears on your dashboard straight away.

2.2. Access lasts for the period stated on the plan you bought.

2.3. Everything is delivered electronically and at once. Nothing is posted or dispatched, no charge is added for delivery, and there is no physical item that could be sent back.

3. Cancelling, and when a refund is due

3.1. You may cancel a purchase and ask for a refund within 14 days of payment, by writing to info@ultimateexamprep.com with the order reference shown on your receipt.

3.2. The refund is in full if no paper covered by that purchase has been started.

3.3. Once you have started a paper covered by the purchase, that purchase is no longer refundable. Starting a paper shows you the questions, and questions once seen cannot be returned. The platform records the moment each paper is started, so this is settled by the record rather than by argument.

3.4. A request made after the window above has closed will not normally be considered, except where clause 4 applies.

4. When money is returned regardless

4.1. You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We return every duplicate charge in full.

4.2. Money left your account and access was never granted. We return it in full, whether or not the window has closed.

4.3. A fault on our side kept you out of what you had paid for, for long enough to matter. Tell us, and we refund or extend your access, whichever you prefer.

5. How a refund is made

5.1. Refunds are made by hand to the original payment method. There is no self-service refund button, and we cannot send the money anywhere else.

5.2. We start the refund within 14 days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to credit you, which is outside our control.

5.3. Access bought by a purchase continues while a refund is being considered, and ends when the refund is made.

6. Free plans

6.1. A free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You may stop using it at any time.

7. Questions and grievances

7.1. Write to info@ultimateexamprep.com for anything about a payment or a refund.

7.2. If you are not satisfied with the answer, complaints are received by to be completed: grievance officer name , to be completed: designation , at to be completed: grievance email . We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

7.3. We may change this policy. The date at the head of this page is the version you are reading.
