Shipping and delivery policy

1. What is delivered

1.1. This platform is operated by BallisticPress Pvt Ltd and sells access to online examination papers and test series. Everything sold is digital.

1.2. Nothing is posted, couriered or physically dispatched. There is no consignment, no tracking number and no delivery address to give us.

2. When it is delivered

2.1. Access is granted immediately, in the same step that records your payment. It appears on your dashboard as soon as the payment succeeds, normally within a few seconds.

2.2. You will also receive an email receipt confirming what you bought.

2.3. Where a bank takes longer to confirm a payment, access is granted the moment the confirmation reaches us, without you having to pay again or ask.

3. Delivery charges

3.1. There are none. The price shown on the plan is the whole price, and nothing is added for delivery.

4. How long access lasts

4.1. Each plan states the period of access it grants. Access begins at once and ends when that period expires.

5. If access does not arrive

5.1. If your payment succeeded and access has not appeared, write to info@ultimateexamprep.com with the order reference on your receipt, or telephone us on 8894303564 . We will either grant the access or return the money in full.
